Lee Bay ….. Jacky (John) Lee was an English Midlander and shipwright, originally one of “Cooks” party from Port Pegasus. Harold Ashwell insisted his name was actually Jacques (Jacka), which would be unusual for an English Midlander. But the timing is about right to suggest perhaps a French Huguenot mother expelled from France.
